U:Loyalty
Introduction
The challenge of customer lifetime value is getting all of the customer interactions in one place so you can truly understand their costs and benefits. With the cost of acquisition of a new customer always staying way higher than retaining the existing customer, it is imperative for the operators to identify and reward their existing valuable customers to command their loyalty.
Functionality
U:Loaylty allows the operators to configure and assign loyalty points to their subscribers or channel partners based on multiple parameters like AoN; Recharge amount; Sale of Stock etc. The accrued Loyalty points can later be redeemed against multiple options like additional airtime stock or mobile money or can also be traded against the loyalty points of any other system as well.
Why U:Loyalty
Reduce churn and increase subscriber’s longevity on the network.
Ability to calculate points based on data of a third party system
Ability to export the points to another loyalty management system thereby allowing operators to engage in co-marketing with other brands
Predict patterns and churn
U:Loyalty will allow Operators to identify and predict patterns in the usage behaviour of subscribers and identify changes in traffic patterns - thereby allowing Operators to identify potential churners. Operators can automatically send text broadcasts to subscribers reaching first expiry reminding them to top-up to avoid service interruptions, or automatically top-up selected subscribers that are about to second expire.

Proven transaction management
U:Rewards is based on the Service Delivery platform which is Utiba's proven architecture used in live commercial operations with millions of subscribers and hundreds of TPS. Clients can be confident that the U:Rewards solution can meet targeted transaction rates.
Modular, scaleable architecture
Clients can embark on a phased implementation, expanding the functionality and capacity to meet resultant AirBank growth. We use Industry standards including Linux, XML, Soap, Java, Solaris, Oracle and Sybase.
Standards based network integration
The Service Delivery Platform supports common Operator and Banking Standards. Our rapid development environment allows customised interfaces required for proprietary elements within the network to be developed quickly. Today the Service Delivery Platform Supports CIMD2, UCP, SMPP3.3, SMPP3.4, Nokia OPCI, Siemens IN, Total Tel Service Node, ISO8583, XML and SOAP interfaces.
