Richard Matotek - Chief Executive Officer
 

He has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications market since starting his career with NEC. He has created and run successful businesses ranging from marketing and sales through communications consultancy to providing Premium Rate services and Long Distance Resale of telecommunications services.

Richard was a founding shareholder in Unidial Australia, a prepaid services provider, where he developed the prepaid calling card application software and provided the switching platform. Richard is also a founding shareholder and Technical Director of Total Tel International, a vertically integrated Prepaid Services company, specializing in supplying prepaid solutions and services to tier 2 and tier 3 telecommunications carriers internationally. As CEO of Utiba Richard is responsible for Corporate strategy, Human Resources, Product Development and implementation.
     
   Justin Ho - Chief Operating Officer
 

Justin has been in eCommerce markets selling advanced technologies for the past 5 years. Joining Baltimore System in 1995 as the Regional Sales Director, Justin established an Asian client base selling solutions from Smart card activation systems to Internet trading networks and Public Key Infrastructure.

Then joining Compaq in Singapore in 1997 as the Director of eCommerce for Asia Pacific, Justin created Compaq's regional strategy for Enterprise eCommerce. Maintaining his approach, Justin created alliances with partner software firms and directly developed the business cases and sales strategies for beachhead penetration into major Asian accounts. In 1999 Justin joined eBusinessAsia as the Managing Director - creating B2B networks in the manufacturing sector. Today as the COO of Utiba, Justin is responsible for Product Strategy, Sales and Marketing and Alliance Development.
     
   Aaron Chipper - Vice President Technology
 

Aaron started his career in IT as a 15 year-old, writing a staff record and roster management system for the local hospital in his country victorian home town. From there he developed a number of record and inventory management systems for other local businesses.

Aaron went on to study Computer Science and Engineering at Monash University, and Software Engineering at Swinburne University. Whilst studying at Swinburne, he was invited to join the Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory (SCHIL) as a programmer developing experimental information visualisation systems and online training programs.

After leaving university he established his own programming and network consultancy service, which counted amongst its clients the Victorian Department of Education, Vicroads, Swinburne University, and RMIT. Aaron then joined Cooee Phone Company in 1999. Aaron initiall worked as a senior developer for 2 years, building Unified Messaging systems, SMS and
WAP games, and premium-rate telephony services.

Aaron joined Utiba at its inception in 2001 as their system architect and has been actively involved in the design and implementation of all Utiba's product line. Aaron was later promited to Vice President Technology in 2004 and is responsible for Development Strategy and Product Architecture.
