U:Rewards delivers a flexible Prepaid Rewards Program that enables
Operators to deploy loyalty & rewards initiatives whereby
subscribers will be entitled to various incentives when pre-determined
thresholds of voice and data usage, tenure and top-up or other
network metrics are met. |
U:Rewards will identify high 'value' subscribers and track their
usage, top-up, ARPU and tenure. The subscribers can be rewarded
with higher value incentives or be given special services such as:
- Special calls / gifts / freebies during occasions such as birthdays,
subscription anniversaries, etc
- Automatic upgrades to ideal Multiplan based on usage for pre-determined
number of months (subject to confirmation of subscriber)
- Automatic activation of international roaming service based
on history of activation requests and usage subject to confirmation
of subscriber
- Special customer service handling via routing to Platinum/postpaid
hotline for pre-determined subscribers
- Free credits based on top-up or usage
U:Rewards will allow Operators to identify and predict patterns
in the usage behaviour of subscribers and identify changes in traffic
patterns - thereby allowing Operators to identify potential churners.
Operators can automatically send text broadcasts to subscribers
reaching first expiry reminding them to top-up to avoid service
interruptions, or automatically top-up selected subscribers that
are about to second expire.
U:Rewards is based on the Service Delivery platform which is Utiba's
proven architecture used in live commercial operations with millions
of subscribers and hundreds of TPS. Clients can be confident that
the U:Rewards solution can meet targeted transaction rates.
Clients can embark on a phased implementation, expanding the functionality
and capacity to meet resultant AirBank growth. We use Industry standards
including Linux, XML, Soap, Java, Solaris, Oracle and Sybase.
The Service Delivery Platform supports common Operator and Banking
Standards. Our rapid development environment allows customised interfaces
required for proprietary elements within the network to be developed
quickly. Today the Service Delivery Platform Supports CIMD2, UCP,
SMPP3.3, SMPP3.4, Nokia OPCI, Siemens IN, Total Tel Service Node,
ISO8583, XML and SOAP interfaces.
